Each project is different and so I take a flexible approach. After the initial free consultation, I will provide a scope of work and quotation for the required level of service to design your space.
Details of what can be included are as follows:
Design scheme concepts
Minimum of two moodboard options for the space. These will typically include:
Colour palettes, material suggestions, aspirational images
Visualising Tools
The next stage is where the project really starts to come to life as I present the technical design aspects in a format that allows you to visualise the design in your space.
To-scale floorplans of the space, showing the suggested layout
Furniture, Fixtures and equipment boards to include a detailed range of recommendations
Elevation drawings or compositions of specific areas of focus in the space
Sample presentation - a composition of the recommended materials and colours
Optional extras:
Lighting plans - when lighting is in scope, a detailed lighting guide can be provided. This includes layout and suggested fixtures and fittings
3D Renders - a 3D mock-up of the space will allow you to clearly visualise the design in situ

Sourcing
I can provide a detailed guide on the aesthetic elements required to fulfil the design from flooring to ceiling paint and everything in between. Including stockists, measurements and price.
Purchasing
If you would like me to make purchases on your behalf, I have access to trade prices for many retailers and therefore can typically buy items lower than the recommended retail price.
Specialist trades management
I can provide recommendations for specialist trades people and companies, managing the install when required. Trades include: decorators, electricians, plumbers, security, home automation, AV, carpenters, carpet fitters and builders.
